Biography

Victoria was awarded with the: a) Luis Beltranena Sinibaldi Award for Administrative Law; b) José Vicente Rodríguez Award for Civil Law and c) the Dean’s Award. In her professional practice, she has focused on matters such as food labeling, real estate law, and human rights. She directly supports the Departments of Legislative tracking and analysis, and Comparative Law.
